Hello,
My name is Patrick and I am belgian. While searching for information on C. Jere I found these exchanges of opinion on C. Jere very interesting. I personnaly have a Jere metal ship sculpture, signed 1976 offered to my wife and I many years ago.
Picture is in attachment.I would like to sell it but have no idea of the value of the sculpture. Apparently C. Jere is not so well known in Belgium...
Can anyone help. It would be great to receive some opinions.
Thanks

Hi Patrick

Patrick here

We have a 50s 60s store here in L.A. and Curtis Jere is highly priced over here. We actually have the same boat for sale right now and the going price is $900. Although in another part of town they would be able to charge somewhere around $2000 for it so there is your range on ebay international.

Whishing you luck.
Je vous souhaites bonne chance.

Best,

Patrick, French, living in Sweden and L.A.

Hello Patrick,

Thank you for having taken the time to answer my questions.
I have noted the "price range". I still have the boat.
In the meantime, we moved it from our living room to the bedroom where finally it is not so bad looking....
Thank you once again and good luck to you too !

PS : If I can be of help for something regarding Belgium please feel free to mail...

Kind regards,
Patrick

Hello there,

I am in UK, just returned from Florida where I bought a metal sculpture of people standing under umbrellas at a bus stop by a bench. It is signed Jere 72. Know nothing about it, except its wonderful!

Understand from research on internet, that JERE wa a community name - would love to know more...
Best wishes, Norma
