I have the opportunity to produce a mural on a 4 ft in diameter (13 ft circumference) tower for my local library. I need to cover the surface with something. Would 3/8" plywood panels work? I could finish them inside (not on a scaffold)and screw them to the old wooden tower. I wanted to know if I needed to bend the plywood beforehand. Can anyone help? thanks, Margaret in Asheville

Why do you need to cover the surface? I would suggest painting the dome onsite, off the scafold

Thanks for the reply! There's no dome. It's a big column shaped kiosk and I'm to decorate from 7-10 ft up. The wood is slats and pretty rough. Anyone ever used Sintra? A bendable firm foam mural surface. Sounds expensive.

No, I heard this for the first time. Can you explain us what is it exactly?
