"inebriated thinking"

What are your thoughts about doing poetry and art while under the influence. Wether it be alchohol or heroine. Is it good for the arts or bad? Any other comments.

Heroin is spelt without an 'e'.

My thoughts on inebriated thinking - if these thoughts are interesting (not only to the inebriated thinker) to those viewing the results, then I say it doesn't really make a difference whether one is inebraited or not, while one is thinking.

   Dear Jackie ,
I should tell you that I am a artist . And I have been drawing for a very long time now , and the best way to keep my mind on the art is to be under the influence , and it has helped far along the way .
Thank You for listening to my reply .

A poet of some repute, I, for one, have never needed either alcohol or heroin to stimulate my creative juices ! In fact, I have often dared several of my co-creators, to PROVE it to me, if they can, that they can be more creative, under the influence of any kind of stimulants ! So far, NO ONE has even attempted to challenge me to enter such a contest...
...I firmly believe that creativity swells most, and dwells best, in the CLEAR minds of UNINTOXICATED persons - who are in full possession of their God-given senses.
...However, the stimulation provided by a 'heroine', with an 'e', would indeed boost my creative capacities.
...Any comments, dear Friends ??!!
