"ARTISTIC ADVENTURE IN MURAL FRESCO PAINTING"

Enhance your artistic skills and your business portfolio in this week long hands-on apprenticeship curriculum in fresco mural painting. Join Belinda Harris as she instructs you in the techniques and methods used by old world craftsmen, improved by a fresh new expression of modern technology. The unique fresco murals will utilize combinations of application such as inlaid figuring, faded imagery and dimensional patterning. The five day apprenticeship will be held on site at an actual working location in Atlanta, Georgia, at Stonebrooke, a new home under construction, but is being decorated to present a rich aged charm. Your project is in the large carriage house veranda which will facilitate the old artisanship of working on stone hard surfaces such as plaster and stucco, involving the walls and ceilings of this architectural masterpiece. All materials and supplies and daily lunch will be furnished. Portfolio "boards of study methods" will be provided and completed before working on the actual surfaces. The steps are easy to follow and processes are ingeniously creative. Seminar dates this year are March 24-28, April 7-11, April 28-May 2 and May 19-23. Class hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Please feel free to contact us for more information at fresco@supplycraft.com or 770-967-1299.
