This Affiliate Agreement will be governed by the following rules and conditions:
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of AZ
TrueFresco.com will give you (the Affiliate) a commission (variable rate; currently set at 10%) on the sale price of items sold through a direct referral from any banner, icon or text link displayed on the Affiliates web site excluding tax deductible donations.
This agreement is purely for giving a commission on sales effected through referrals by the banner on sponsors page.
We reserve the right to change the product prices from time to time which may have an effect on the commission.
The commission will be credited only when the payment for the sale is cleared. If the buyer requests a refund at a later time, the original commission credited will be deducted.
The commission will only become payable when the total amount equals or exceeds US $25 (for affiliate commission payment via PayPal) or $100 (for affiliate commission payment by check), and such payment will be through an automatic PAYPAL Payment in US dollar amount at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of issue.

We reserve the right to cancel the whole Affiliate program without notice. As in the previous case, if it happens all active Affiliates will be issued with a check corresponding to any outstanding amount in their credit.
The Affiliate is not under any obligation to keep the banners on their web site. Removal of the banner may not result in an immediate cessation of credit accumulation.
Any correspondence relating to loss of the payment due to change/suspention of Affiliates PAYPAL account, must be notified within a reasonable time to let us decide on alternative payment method(s). It is Affiliates responcibility to keep their account information current! Frescoshop is not affiliated with PAYPAL aside from being used by FrescoShop as primary payment processor.
The sponsor agrees not to make claims for outstanding credit, if the amount is less than US $50
Any tax liability on the amount of commission received will be the the Affiliates responsibility.
