design magazine clippings and piles of photographs of other
projects in front of the client - show detailed
professional rendering! Do not try to "give an idea" of
what all these blueprints/plans/sketches mean and how it will
look at the end - SHOW! Picture worth a thousand words

Design Services offers competitive pricing and although we
are not "the cheapest kid in town", European training
of our lead artists allows us to maintain our rates at
10-20% below the average market standard.
Payment
Schedule:
1. Initial
Deposit - 50% of the total cost of the project, due on
contract signing.
2. Final Payment - balance, due on delivery.
