First workshop of this format took
place in 1997 and was taught 4 times per year, since then hundreds of
students have attended the workshop enrolling from US, Canada, Europe.
In addition to being regularly held in Los Angeles, this workshop has traveled to other US cities.
Classic 5-day Professional Fresco
Workshop is designed
for the professional artist with busy schedule. Classes
start on
First Wednesday of November and First Wednesday of March and end on
the
following Sunday. During this workshop each student paints
up to 4 buon frescoes
Class size is limited to the maximum of
6 people. You will paint up to 4 buon frescoes guided by two instructors.

Fresco Program". "Professional Fresco Program" runs throughout the calendar
year and offers private fresco tutoring.

Introduction to Fresco Workshop
Introduction to Fresco Workshop
provides comprehensive insight and practical
introduction to traditional buon fresco. This workshop
provides hands-on fresco painting experience and the foundation
knowledge of the technique as well
as prepares student for our professional level workshops and programs. 3-day
Introduction to Fresco Workshop enables student to
work in fresco on a small scale and provides solid
guide and foundation for further study of the medium.
For Los Angeles residents this workshop comes with an option to
attend Day 1 - "Fresco Cartoon" one week before Day 2 - "Fresco
Plaster" and Day 3 - "Fresco Painting" classes which grants
extra time to prepare and refine their cartoons. This is also a
very "travel friendly" workshop that can be easily brought to
your local college, university, school or art organization.
