hello- I am really excited about finding this site. especially the many posts on lime paint. I have used natural pigments thus far to color my milk paint but am branching out into trying to make myown colors using dried herbs like alkanet and parsley (yep!) and I want to know if anyone has experience coloring their paint with some unusual natural items and can offer me suggestions. at the moment I figure that anything that will color soap will color milk paint as both have to contend with strong alkalinity and leep their color.
