I am interested in community and public art, but have no access to it. I live in HK and this is not common there. I do not only want to take part in community art, but take a bigger role in it, eg. organise some community art projects. But I am not an artist. How can I get access to community art? Besides artists, what pple are involved in the setting-up of community projects?
