Dear Fresco Community,
I represent a non-profit organisation called HeritageWatch that is committed to the preservation of Cambodia's cultural heritage. It has come to our attention that one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries in Siem Reap Cambodia is in danger of collapse. The building contains beautiful frescos painted early last century and shows French soldiers and other colonial officials mixed with traditional Buddhist scenes. This is a precious resource that must not be lost.
I would like to enquire among the community as to whether anyone knows of foundations that may be interested in preserving the frescos at this wat.
