Realy good!
check our "Art Vignette" at http://trueFresco.Org if you want to take a shot.

as of promotion:

put plenty of information on the site such as technique tutorials, instructions, demonstrations, etc.
link them from the homepage. try to stay away from the "gadjet like" menus (flash and java SE will not follow those), this will get you google and yahoo.

Frames are not too good for SE try using SSI instead for the menus, it sounds complecated but really it is very easy. You can use frames if you want to, but not on the index (home) page and if you do so have meny links on every frame-content page so SE can index your site without following frames.

Exchange links with other sites and let SE find those pages easy - but make sure these sites link to you - if they do not - do not list them unless you need it for your articles. SE will follow the link and if it finds a linkback it will return and continue indexing your site

submit your work and articles to other sites post in forums but post articles not "memos" SE like to read...

The previous post covers your site pretty well.

I am wondering just how commercial your work is. Of course pandering to an audience is no fun, but tends to get sales going.
