"Fresco School at Fauxcademy Awards 2006"

iLia Anossov, Ian Hardwick and Nathan Zakheim of the Fresco School will conduct fresco painting seminars during 2006 Fauxcademy Awards.

There are several events and expos available out there, each with its own purpose, and each with similar things to offer; a chance to play with products, hands on demonstrations, and expositions to meet and talk with vendors in the industry. The Fauxcademy of Decorative Finishing™ supports many of these functions as established and worthwhile events (SALI, PACE, PDRA, and World of Concrete), which is one reason why The Fauxcademy™ is held only once every two years. These other events offer consistent annual programs and deliver value for your business dollar.

Like the others, The Fauxcademy of Decorative Finishing™ offers opportunities to meet, watch, and listen to master artists, faux finishers, and leaders in the industry as they demonstrate and share their knowledge and experiences. Fauxcademy™ also gives people a chance to relax, have fun, and network to build friendships and business relationships in an environment that is as equally elaborate and glamorous as the finishes and works of art that they produce.

Rising above and beyond all of this, though, are the primary reasons The Fauxcademy of Decorative Finishing™ was created in the first place: to recognize the people in our industry for their talents and hard work, and to inspire and motivate them to reach new levels in their decorative finish business. Around these concepts, cutting edge business seminars and discussions are also included to allow artists to spend time focusing on their business. These seminars and discussions cover sales, marketing, public relations, customer service, financial planning, legal and accounting, and health and fitness. While it may be easier to focus on just the artistic and creative side of your business, this broader scope of topics is perhaps even more vital, encompassing the driving force behind the long term success of your decorative finishing business.

For less than the cost of a reputable faux painting class, or even the profit from a single decorative finish project; the Fauxcademy™ offers the opportunity to be exposed to subjects that can add thousands of dollars of sales to your company and compliment the hands-on training offered in a proper classroom or studio, an environment where you can receive thorough training, not just on the finishes, but also on the products and tools used to create the finish.

The Fauxcademy of Decorative Finishing™ is all about you as an artist, you as a business owner, and you as a person. There simply is no other event like it, and that is why we look forward to seeing you at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada for The Fauxcademy of Decorative Finishing™ 2006!
